System Introduction

The monitoring center of the prison area is equipped with a visual broadcast dispatching station and an IP paging phone as a command system to conduct unified management and real-time monitoring of intelligent terminals in all safe areas of the prison area. Install emergency help intercom equipment, cameras and SIP speakers in the cell, prison building, sentry building, meeting building and public activity area; In case of emergency, the prison monitoring center can initiate broadcasting, intercom function, video monitoring to link the scene situation, and monitor each cell and other areas in real time; When an alarm occurs, the prison staff can press the help terminal to trigger the alarm, and realize two-way intercom with the duty room or the monitoring center, and can initiate multi-party consultation to deal with the incident in time.

Functional Design

Emergency call and alarm

Emergency call buttons are set on intercom extensions in key positions such as prison cells       and duty rooms. In case of emergency, personnel can call the monitoring center with one                button and trigger an alarm signal at the same time. The monitoring center immediately                  receives and displays the alarm position so as to take timely countermeasures.

Video Surveillance Linkage

When an intercom is initiated or an alarm is triggered, the video of the camera associated              with the terminal can be displayed in linkage. Watch the linkage video and coordinate the                emergency alarm events.

Two-way Call

Two-way real-time communication can be realized between the monitoring center and the               intercom extensions in various regions, which is convenient for managers to communicate             with prisoners and staff to keep abreast of the scene.

Zoning Broadcasting

According to different areas of the prison, such as living area, production area, office area,              etc. Managers can play different broadcast contents according to the needs of different                  regions, such as notices, educational programs, work and rest reminders, etc.

Timed Broadcast
